Samantha Brown Leads The Women's Travel Fest

The first, ever Women’s Travel Fest, presented by Go! Girl Guides, is making its debut on Saturday, March 8, 2014 at the Angel Orensanz Foundation for the Arts in New York City.  Fitting for the event, this celebration of women in travel coincides with International Women’s Day.  As a co-director of the festival, I am not only proud to say that personal friends and colleagues of mine who I truly respect and admire will be presenting, but also a personal hero of mine will be there as well - Samantha Brown, Travel Channel’s pioneer female host, will be the keynote speaker for this momentous event! Kelly Lewis, founder and creator of The Women’s Travel Fest and of Go! Girl Guides, has been creating female-specific travel guides to help women through their travels for over three years .  Together with Kelly and fellow co-director Masha Vapnitchnaia, we have created the Women’s Travel Fest with a few goals in mind: we want to inspire women to travel, empower and educate them, and of course help everyone make new connections in the travel space.  We believe travel is not only a physical journey but also a personal one, and we hope to help everyone attending discover this in their own way.

Early Bird tickets are available now through Jan 1, 2014 (or until supplies last) – there is a limited number of tickets, so be sure to REGISTER NOW!
