Sharing Black Voices
I was inspired by one of my favorite TV hosts and storytellers, Samin Nosrat, who flooded her Instagram account with #blackvoices in the food world - I've learned so much from her, and I'm grateful for her sharing stories of all of these amazing people. I thought I would try and do the same, to #amplifymelanatedvoices - storytellers, travelers, dancers, artists, entrepreneurs, and just badass beautiful folks that I have been following. I've had the privilege of meeting most of these people, and in a lot of instances, I'm also honored to call them my friends. The posts coming forward are not the full list, but I hope it's at least a starting point for some - I've tried not to include major celebrities, instead people whose stories I genuinely love seeing on a daily basis. Please follow, watch, read, and listen to their stories.
