2026 Daytime Emmy Nomination

The Bare Feet Team is thrilled to have received a Daytime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Sound Mixing and Sound Editing for a Prerecorded Daytime Program - a massive congratulations to our sound team, Daniel Gaughran, Jonathan Rogers, and Jenna Emens-Escalera, for their incredible work in capturing, editing, and mixing the beautiful music that we get to experience in our series - it’s a true honor to be recognized for sound as we pride ourselves on always featuring and recording live sound, highlighting the music and artists who carry these traditions!

Our nominated Wild Atlantic Way North, Ireland episode features making music with the world-renowned Irish band Kíla in Leitrim to shaking oysters with The Sligo Oyster Experience to jumping in a trad session on fiddle at The Glen Tavern with Tara Connaghan in Donegal, and more!
